Turns

Any turn system. Even yours.

Every salon has its own little rules, which is why most still keep turns on paper. Tell Pemma how your salon does turns, in your own words. Our AI builds a turn list that follows every one of them.

Why the turn list is still on paper.

Other salon software gives you two or three turn settings. Real salons have dozens of exceptions. Pemma handles rules like these:

“Pedicures and manicures keep separate turn lists.”
“A full set is one turn. A fill is half, unless it's over $45.”
“New techs stay at the back for their first two weeks.”
“Waxing doesn't count, but brows plus a pedicure does.”
“Skip your turn once, keep your spot. Twice, go to the back.”
“After 5 PM, whoever has the fewest turns goes first.”

Set up your turn system in one conversation.

1

Tell it your rules

Type or talk, in English or Vietnamese. Or send a photo of your paper turn sheet.

2

Check it on a real day

Pemma plays back a busy day with your rules, so you see who would be next at every step before you go live.

3

Change it anytime

New rule? Just tell Pemma. Changes start the next business day, so today stays fair.

Every turn, explained in plain words.

Tap any tech to see why they're where they are. Every turn is logged with the time and the service. Fixes need a manager's approval and a reason, and the original history stays. Techs check their own turns on their phone.

Turn system questions

My rules are really unusual. Will it work?

That's what it's built for. Describe them like you'd explain them to a new tech. If anything is unclear, Pemma asks before it goes live.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No. We set it up with you during onboarding, in English or Vietnamese.

Can the AI change the list on its own?

No. The AI only helps you write the rules. You approve them, and the list follows them exactly, every time.

Can techs see why someone is next?

Yes. Anyone can tap a name to see the reason, and techs see their own turn history on their phone.
